bulletEducational Director: Clif St. Germain, Ph.D., is the founder and educational director of the Center for Academic Excellence. Dr. St. Germain is a career educator whose professional experiences include teacher, guidance counselor, school and district level administrator, elementary and secondary principal, supervisor of student teachers, Title-1 consultant, author, and national seminar presenter on learning and leadership.
bulletCenter Administrative Services: Lee McMillan, B.A., Marketing, M.B.A is the Center's first contact person. She handles all calls, information, fee clarification, payment questions, and referrals to consultants and directs the Center's billing and accounting.
bulletTutors: The Center provides tutoring in several academic areas utilizing a staff of highly skilled tutors. For a complete list of tutors click here.
bulletACT Preparation: Students receive a Cambridge ACT Test prep package that includes a CD-ROM Practice Disk, a Sample Test and Text Materials.  Peter Malik, Ph.D and John Glorioso, MAST are master teachers with particular expertise in working with students to improve their performance on the ACT.
bulletEducational Counseling for Adolescents: Clif St. Germain, Ph.D., has for the past 30 years concentrated on the identification of differences in learners that influence learning and academic performance. 
bulletGifted & Diagnostic Evaluation: Tamarah Myers, M.Ed., is an educational consultant with 20 years of experience. She specializes in administering and reporting LA Bulletin 1508 gifted evaluations. She also offers diagnostic assessments for students with learning differences. Tabitha Godwin, B.A. in Psychology, M.A. in General Counseling, is a nationally certified psychologist whose field of expertise is in behavioral, intellectual and academic evaluation. She is skilled in establishing rapport with students and considers all aspects of the student's profile in making an assessment. She is also adept at interpreting scores to students, parents, teachers and other professionals. 
bulletSpeech & Language Therapy: Melanie Pace holds a Masters of Communication Disorders, Certificate of Clinical Competency, and a LA license in Speech-Language Pathology. She has 27 years of professional experience working with clients ranging from infants to geriatrics. 
bulletCounseling: Ron Cambias, Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist. He is qualified in psychological testing, such as ADHD, IQ, educational, gifted and personality evaluations. He also provides individual, family and couple therapy. He is available for consultation to schools, and for classroom observations and in-servicing.
